What the hell? So Alexander says he never fights for money and then turns around and does something even worse (instead of saying he'll take it if the money is right, he completely rejects it). That makes no sense. Who else is he gonna fight? Khan and Ortiz sure as hell ain't fighting him, GBP is probably setting up Ortiz-Maidana II and I doubt Bradley can make 140 anymore. So what else is he gonna do? He'd make more money off of Judah and get a decent veteran on his resume as opposed to fighting lower names like Kaizer Mabuza or Lamont Peterson. That's bulls**t. This is the only logical fight after Kotelnik unless he moves up. And I don't care what anyone says, Judah ain't making 140 effectively so it would be an easy night for Devon anyways.

Nothing really. But Alexander doesn't have many choices at this point, does he? I can only think of three (Peterson, Mabuza and Judah). Judah brings more money than Peterson and Mabuza and is better than both (not to mention he has a bigger name and is the only guy to drop Floyd). A win over him would be great for Devon. It'll also be big in the Lou because Zab is Cory Spinks' daddy, and the people want Devon to avenge that loss.

I'd rather see Devon fight Lamont Peterson. Zab isn't even ranked in the top 10.

Let's see how Zab looks at 140 in July on Friday Night Fights, then he can talk about Alexander and whoever else he wants to challenge at junior welterweight.

Its not about what has Zab done. This would be a stepping stone in getting Devon one step closer of being known outside the hardcore fans. A win over Zab on his resume is very attractive, and is one step closer to getting good sized pay days.
