imagine this scenario. if floyd or shane decided go out on a limb and took some illegal drugs which happened to be on the day after their last blood test.

now w/ the usada only taking urine after this date, it implies that the usada were confident enough that they will catch anything illegal THRU URINE ALONE. or else they'd be in a bad spot if the postfight blood test revealed something unusual and the public knows all along they stopped taking blood way before the fight.

It was HIND SIGHT AFTER USADA came out and stated that they stopped testing at 18 days (2 weeks after the fight). Going up to fight night, floyd nor shane knew when they would be tested, blood or urine. In their minds testing could happen at anytime, thats the deterrent!!!! Dont you get it? RANDOM MEANS AT ANY TIME THEY "USADA" FEELS THE NEED TO TEST!!!

If manny was there, he probably could have gotten the same deal 18 days instead of 14 days, random can be 4 test 1 week before the fight, WHILE NOT DOING ANY AT ALL PRIOR TO THAT WEEK. WHATEVER DAYS THEY FEEL, THAT'S HOW YOU STOP A CHEATER. You keep them guessing. it means at anytime!!

If Alexander went up to 160 and KO'd Martinez and Winky everybody would question that. The question about Manny is his ability to take Cotto's shots.
