Whatever happened to Floyd fighting guys because he got called out?

I thought all a fighter had to do to get a fight with floyd was call him out???

Apparently there were certain guidelines to follow. Like for instance you cant call floyd out in person. It had to be on television or something.

Well Pacquiao has officially called floyd out on tv several times now and all we're getting is this or that. What's the deal???

It seems that all of Arum's fighgters had Floyd shook at one time or another. Peep these videos of these tough Arum fighters who scared Floyd, Calzaghe, P Williams and others:

Because if you take the M out and insert the G in there, that's what it is.

Only press conference boxing fans make a big deal out of that whole "call-out" process.

"Yeah, Mayweather fought Hatton because Hatton called him out". It had nothing to do with the financial windfall that the fight would make.

"Mayweather fought Marquez because Marquez called him out!" It had nothing to do with Marquez being a safe fight after a layoff, one-upping Pacquiao after Pacquiao struggled with Marquez twice, and outselling Pacquiao-Marquez 2 on PPVs to try to gain leverage in negotiations.

"Mayweather fought Mosley because Mosley confronted him after the Marquez fight!". It had nothing to do with the fact that Mosley was the biggest payday for Mayweather after the Pacquiao fight fell apart, not to mention the extreme criticism he would face if he didn't take on what people saw as a worthy challenge.

It's all about verbal challenges, not dollars and cents and negotiating with lawyers over 8 figure paydays.

          P.T. Barnum was right.

shadeyfizzle: Floyd, what happened to you fighting guys that call you out?

PBF: They're not a PPV attraction!

shadeyfizzle: But Pacquiao is a PPV attraction....

            PBF:.....

PBF: You know, I'm thinking about retiring for a couple years and whatnot...

            *awkward silence*

In this case we have both very public verbal challenges and a ludicrous amount of dollars and cents fighters of yesteryear could not even imagine.

What's keeping the fight from happening?

Like Guns N Roses said, all we need is just a little patience.

According to the cross-dresser, the fight will be finalized soon.
