Notice here, Pac is considered a Junior welterweight as Floyd is considered a welterweight. If Floyd is already considered the bigger man of the 2 why is Floyd asking to suck Pac dry of blood test? Why can't he just sign the damn contract already when he has all the advantages in the coming fight?

You don't get it. He is already a bigger man. He doesn't need to ask pac anymore crazy blood test that is not even asked for by the governing body. He has all the advantages. It just shows how scared he really is. The blood test is just a front so he has an excuse not to fight Pac.
