It really doesn't matter how it's done. Presently, Manny's camp is having negotiations with several fighters. Floyd and Cotto for sure and maybe even Margo.

Berto was right behind Floyd and Mosley because he wanted a fight yet Floyd is thinking Manny is better match. Is Floyd ducking Berto? I'm using your logic but I think I know the answer.

So Manny fought Cotto instead of Mosley. Either one Manny fights for only the second time at WW is NOT a duck.

Imagine, Roach is trying to find someone to fight Manny at WW for only the second time at that weight. Roach is probably still not even sure if Manny is made for WW at this point even though he won against DelaHoya. So Roach thought that Cotto was the better match than Mosley for a couple of reasons which you don't seem to comprehend. By the way, this is a Cotto that beat Mosley.

what are you talking about? Mosley was the 147 Champion at the time who gives a **** if he lost to Cotto, Mosley destroyed the guy that destroyed Cotto...so what is your point? Mosley offered to go down to 142 in weight just to fight Manny and they turned it down, once again if Mayweather would have done this it would have been a problem

as for Mayweather not fighting Margarito, you like most people probably seen the video on youtube, but what you don't mention is how Mayweather told him to just keep winning and they will eventually fight, what you like most people fail to mention is how Margarito turned around and lost to relatively unknown Paul Williams at the time after approaching Mayweather about fighting him

not only that but the fight with Margarito was turned down by Mayweather to get out of his deal with Top Rank to eventually set up an even bigger payday with Oscar, he not only turned down a good amount of money to fight Margarito but he also paid $700k+ to get out of his deal with Top Rank and Arum, only reason why Mayweather did that was because Arum told Mayweather that he was not going to do business with Oscar again but Mayweather knew that a fight with Oscar would not only make him BIG MONEY but it would also make him an even bigger Draw...and IT DID

again it shows the double standard from WANNABE boxing fans, some people have a selective memory, they only remember what they want to remember and they never tell the entire story especially when it comes to their favorite fighter

pac would have forced a stoppage against the shot mosley that mayweather fought more than likely.

It took Forrest some solid shots to drop Mosley, but to say he was almost knocked out is just dumb. Mosley has swallowed some of the hard shots from some of the strongest punchers around without a problem.
