bro everyone knows this already, the criteria for floyd to accept a fight is

the fighter must be either past his prime or forced to not fight at his best weight

and a bonus is them being smaller but he doesnt bother about this too much if one of the above is met which it is all the time

mosley- past prime
marquez- not his weight
hatton- not his weight
oscar- past prime

It's because Mayweather walked into the right on fight night at 160. So basically, a natural 130 pounder vs a welterweight that walks around at 160.

130 =/= 160, but close enough
