Listen to his interview with Rugged Man. He was accusing Pac and the Philippines of having the best PEDs in the world.

    A-SIDE METH!!!

      You guys will believe anything.
Did you miss the part where Team Manny is claiming consfiracy since JMM 2? Read before you litter these boards with your emotions...

Manny is claiming that since he beat all of GBP's offerings, including ODLH, that GBP started slandering him during the Mayweather negotiations.
And he blames the negotiations falling apart and hence lost revenue to GBP who should be looking after (his) best interest and not calling him a roid cheat in public.

Judge & jury to the defendants (Mayweather & Goldenboy): "show us the evidence"

Where's the evidence that can exonerate Mayweather of defamation?
Quite simply, PBF has no evidence to show. And it could cost these people millions. Good for them. They have to be punished in a way that hurts them most- money.

But if I know the Pacman, he will only ask for a public apology.

There is a thin line between and implication and an accusation. Jr. has implied many times in pretty obvious ways. If the jury sees that floyd meant Peds when he said "power pills" and inferred that manny was on Peds when asked about his performance and answered the question by saying that "everyone knows the philippines has the best peds." than yes Manny has a shot with this lawsuit.

Has mayweather damaged pacmans reputation with wild claims? yes he has, therefore he is guilty of defamation.

Pacquiaos lawsuit will come to nothing.

It's just a ****** lawsuit in 1974 "the Supreme Court suggested that a plaintiff could not win a defamation suit when the statements in question were expressions of opinion rather than fact."

                Just my opinion.

EDIT: Actually having done more reading you can be sued for allegations injuring someones trade but Pac will have to prove that it's damaged his work.

The failed Mayweather negotiations can constitute as lost revenue due to the defamation allegations.
Some will argue that it was him that turned down the fight, but some can argue that he was put in a lose-lose situation... It's up to the judge to decide.

Man **** outta here with your cornball theories. I can't wait till this lawsuit BS comes to an end. Your lil hero is already reneging. What happened to pride and morals? Ole' honest Manny sold his ass out soon as he realized he was letting $40m go in the name of "pride." Your BS is yesterday's news, homey. Keep it going though, it's cute.
