In rounds 1-6, I see Manny fighting a more disciplined fight, kinda like the oscar fight in which he goes in and out while landing combos. I don't see him standing in the pocket much early on and I see him using his superior lateral quickness to not allow Shane to get set to land the punches he wants. Around rounds 7-12 I feel he will start to stand in front of Shane and exchange with him. Neither are knocking the other out and I see this being a war in the later rounds.
Being that Manny hits harder compared to Shane at that stage (combined with him having the advantages of speed and timing) Doing enough early on to win him 8-4 UD a classic battle.
