If Floyd didnt want the fight he wouldnt have lobbied so hard for it. When he's not interested in a fight he doesnt talk about it like with Margarito back in the day. Immediately when Pac beat Cotto, Floyd gave an interview Sunday morning talking about nothing but wanting to fight Pac, would be dumb to fight someone who is possibly on drugs, doesnt matter how good you are. I think Floyd wants the world to know Manny has been on something and to discredit his achievements for trying to steal his limelight, but doing so by cheating.

Since when has floyd ever cut people up?? I know he did gatti but who doesn't cut gatti up?? He rarely even bruises people now let alone cut them.

This is true but i dont think its because he isnt a hard puncher. I think he just chooses not to sit down on his punches to avoid the risk of over-commiting to a swing that misses and becoming open. We saw it happen on the break after he was hit from Mosley in round two he though a big lead right that Mosley dodged by stepping out of rang and Floyd almost fell over himself.

P.S. i noticed the lead right on the break is something Floyd has been using since his amateur days.

Regardless of feeling on the outcome, it is highly unlikely the fight gets stopped on cuts either way. Pacquiao has been more susceptible to cuts, but has fought through them every time, so it would have to be a truly horrendous cut to merit a stoppage. Mayweather hasn't been cut often just like he hasn't been hit very often so it's unlikely on his end even as explosive as Pacquiao is.

record wise, pacman was never stopped due to cut, he was bloody when he fought marquez and morales nevertheless, he survived the gruelling 12 rounds!

frankly speaking, floyd jr. will never cut pacman for simple reason- that is if he decide not to fight pacman! floyd as reported, want's to take rest after beating mosley! btw, mosley's left hand was so hesitant its like telegraphing his left jab, and his right hand was simply lazy!
