Does that mean you would stop fighting for money?
Can I feed my kids with legacy? I agree with what your saying, don't get me wrong. But the way i see it is a fighter fight for $$$, legacy is something determined long after your career is over.Comment

I would fight for $$$$, that's why I'm wondering why The Pretender ain't signed the contract yet, lolComment

When a fighter fights for legacy, he still gets money for the fights, perhaps just not as big paychecks as he would have gotten for fighting a fighter of higher economic status.
Stop fighting for money.. Who in the history of boxing did that? No, what I'm saying simply is that I'd fight the big money fights first, once I got enough money for the rest of my life - then I would proceed to fight the legacy fights, which would still bring in money. Just not as many.Comment

money,$$$$$$$$$$$ because you never kno what could happen in your career. U could get injured and never fight again, so id just go for big moneyComment

Your career could be over at any moment. You could get brain damage from a lucky punch, you could get run over by a truck, etc.
So obviously, you fight easy fights, build up your rep, fight big money fights-- and then when your future is secure you fight for big money AND legacy.
That's the only sensible thing to do.Comment
