They have to defend him, admitting that he is a cheater means their hero was a farce and cheated them too. Have you noticed that the conversation is always about Cotto? He tried to cheat against SSM, they can't deny that. So they twist it and bring Cotto into the conversation b/c it was not proven that he cheated against Cotto. They have an obsession of a rematch between Cotto and Marg, but they have not once mentioned Marg rematching SSM. Why rematch Cotto if according to them, Marg destroyed Cotto fair and square. If that is the case, why fight Cotto again. They bring all the innocent until proven guilty b/c they do not have much more than that.
