We're talking about a prime Tszyu here, he wasn't a one-handed slugger, he was an excellent boxer, fast and intelligent. I think it's a 50/50 pick 'em fight, but if I had to choose, I'd go with Tszyu by KO/TKO, I think he'd have the timing to catch Manny flush with his right hand.
