i dont know about getting KOd but he was defintely buckled...he showed tremendous grit by hanging on and showed great recovery by coming back and being more aggressive in the next round
Why do people keep saying mosley nearly knocked out floyd??

In case you aren't understanding me correctly I mean that he doesn't throw the right punches to take a guy out. For example if your opponent is leaning forward, It's common sense a guy is open for an uppercut. Why in the world would you only go for a right overhand and then once you get them on the ropes you throw those b.s. body punches that have no effect.Comment

exactly....people have pictures and gifs of it but they dont realise its a compliment.Comment

If anything he woke Floyd up. Shane couldn't get that right in anymore.Comment

when i see fighters get caught flush like that, usually their first instinct is to either throw or step back...even in a dazed state, PBF had the presence of mind to hang on and kill Shane's momentum
PBF making it out of that round was the worst thing that could have happened to Shane..Comment

naw floyd held his right arm the fist time..the second time he didnt hold shane at all therefore shane got off the body punchesComment

Now I'm not saying he would have knocked him out, but you never know what another big punch would have done when Floyd was on ***** street. Majority of the time boxers do get KO'd once that happens, so I can see that argument (not saying I agree).
Just knowing the anatomy of the human body, and what happens once your hurt like that, doesn't make saying "Floyd would have gotten KO'd" a ridiculous comment.Comment
