ok.....so here is my take. a fighter that has been knocked out twice by total scrubs no matter the circumstances there is a limit where he can go as an ATG no matter what he does and to me that limit is 15-20 and before he can enter that range I need to see pac beat a fighter in their prime at their natural weight at 140+ LBS which he has yet to do( cotto and dlh not at natural weight, hatton not in his prime and not with his prime chin)
