Hmm this fight between 2 contenders that should reward the winner with a title shot...

Ok angulos qualitys iron chin..kinda slow but can throw combinations if u stand flat footed..good ko power..brings pressure..mortisan...hmmm nothing really stands out...mediocre skills/power..hittable..the only thing he has going is freddy roach..but there's only so much a coach can do...my prediction angulo yorgey/julio/hatton style ko.

i haven't been impressed with vanes. same goes for angulo who lost to cintron and was getting outboxed for the first 4 or 5 rounds with joel julio. i would put money on angulo breaking him down. i doubt either fighter would fight each other. too risky.

Vanes would box Angulo's ears off, he's very slow, reminds me of Margarito. I met Angulo at the Vasquez-Marquez fight, he's pretty short, i'm guessing around 5'6 or 5'7, Vanes would have a good 4-5 inch height advantage. He'd just stick his jab in Angulo's face all night and frustrate him to an easy decision.
