I don't consider a 38 year old Corrie Sanders a very credible win. Maybe you do, and if so that's your opinion.

I thought that Sanders was terrible overall (but good for 2 first rounds), but he was ranked as #2 by WBC at the moment of the fight; after he lost the fight, WBC ranked him as #5 (or near that). I wonder what Ring's rankings were.

      2) Fight James Toney.
      1) Having several back up offers is the right way to bargain; or else you won't share the surplus in a favorable way.

      2) I hope he does fight Toney.

This topic is washed up. We've beaten that dead horse over and over and now it reeks.

"There’s no way I’m going to give up the WBC championship belt. July 23rd, the winner of Rahman-Barret fight will become my challenger against whom I’ll have to defend my championship belt. Many fans have waited a long time to see this fight, and it will happen.

First of all I have to defend the WBC championship belt. Only after that we can talk about future plans."
        VITALI KLITSCHKO 6/2/05

Let's see what Vitali does rather than tearing him up for comments he never made or things he hasn't done.

Going over this again serves no constructive purpose and only pleasures the factless Anti-Klitschko's.

I could care less what ABC group ranked Sanders.

He was 38, out of shape, and inactive for a year on top of being a fringe contender.

Again, I don't consider him an impessive or viable win in the least.

That's why I am adament about seeing Vitali fight Toney, Byrd, Brewster, Ruiz, Rahman etc.

The division is ****ty, but I want to see him fight a top Heavyweight. Fighting two fights agaisnt two very weak opponents(Sanders and Williams) in 18 months doesn't cut it for me. Everyone is constnatly touting Vitali as the #1 Heavyweight and he's fighting ****ty opponents.

I thought you did not want him to fight Rahman or Brewster.

That's all you ever do is post that quote.

Once again, unless he's going to be stripped for fighting in Sept, he can get a fight in.

Unless that fight is agaisnt someone with a pulse, it shouldn't happen.

As much as I'd like to see him Man up and fight Toney, I think Brock is acceptable.

With the amount of time it's been since Vitali has faced a live body, this is a very relevent topic, and with this news of him looking to Brock, it very much warrents discussion.

I just want to see him fight someone ranked in the top 7 or 8 currently.

I don't think that's too much to ask after he's faced two very soft opponents in an 18th month span.

I like Vitali, I consider him the legitimate HW champ, but he needs to fight Rahman. If he doesnt fight a top notch contender, he's gonna end up worse than his bro.

Based on today's information, he will fight one of the three:

                    1) Rahman/Barret (WBC #1 and #2)
                    2) Brock (IBF and WBA # 8)
                    3) Toney (not officially ranked, but WBA unofficial champ).

all of which seem to be in the top 7 or 8.

Maksaev is out of the picture now, but even he is WBC #6.

                    What is the problem?

The only problem seems to be the amount of questions you ask.

If you go back and read, my opinion was that he's avoiding a fight with Toney if he's targeting Brock.

Toney is the fight I want to see above all else.

                      That's my opinion.

                      What's the problem with that?
