Any news on Matt Hatton-Malignaggi or Soto-Peterson?

Has anyone heard if Matthew Hatton accepted Malignaggi's challenge, or if there's a new date for Soto-Peterson (haven't heard much about it since Soto's last fight was signed)? I could have sworn I read something about August, but I think I'm remembering wrong.

I don't think he was scared. It just looked like he wanted one defense at home before stepping in against a guy like Peterson, who is very capable of beating him. I hope it still happens. If Peterson wins, I guarantee he'll be the most avoided guy at 135.
