That is true but I was keeping it simple to make a point and if people want to look at the current quote in pure black and white I can do the same to back then.

I just find it weird that Floyd would make it even more complicated by requesting testing up till the day of the fight when it was hard enough to agree on 14 days from jump. Pac has now agreed, and still faces hurdles because Floyd now wants it up till the fight.

Well actually, right now it does. Its the most talked about/highly anticipated matchup that can be made. Boxing IS about Floyd and Manny right now.

I would say Floyd is trying to get a better deal currently, wanting to get the best possible deal doesn't mean you don't want the fight. Floyd should be willing to play ball (as he did before) but he clearly compromised his views last time I would imagine with his current position being a bit better he wants something more slanted to his end.

Manny apparently got offered a deal that was alright with him and decided to go a different direction before~ If that deal was alright to Manny he should have agreed then instead of *****footing around, which leads us to a situation where things can get more complicated.



If I make someone a final last ditch offer then they talk **** about it and make it seem my fault, I am not going to be nearly as amenable the second time around.

Also if thsoe explanations aren't good enough I will fall back on the old cliche "Appearences can be decieving" because it benefits Manny's side to appear to want the fight (atleast in public negotiating Floyd could actually use that against them).
