No doubt I'd get rid of the Cruiser weight div......what a freaking waste to have this div....if you are 190 + you belong in the HV div or get the *** out of the game.......im sure there are other div's that are pointless but the cruiser is the one that bothers me the most.....what you got?

I would condense the lighter weights such as junior bant and junior feather. They are only 3 pound jumps from bant and feather.

Cruiserweight is a good stepping stone for those tryign to move up from 175-200. Its too big a jump for some guys and they need a few fights in between to get ready for the bigger weights.

yeh id get rid of all the pointless lighter weights too. ,jnr fly, jnr bantham and jnr feather all need to go and maybe even super feather weight. id keep jnr middle as theres quite a big gap between welter and middle

Well, to increase the talent pool, I'd get rid of Lightweight and have 131-140lbs. If only Valero was still around. It would have been interesting to see him and Alexander in that mix. It would have forced Funeka to beef up as well. I'd probably get rid of Jr. Bantamweight as well. A lot of good fights to be made.

Well I don't know about pointless either......yes I would combine quite a few of the "junior" and "super" those are for sure damn point less but each div from the lightest to the heaviest has it's reason.....I just think 10-12 divs is good enough rather than damn near 20 we got now with all the "in betweens"

Nah, guys like Cunningham or Huck couldn't compete with the K-bros, CW/jr HW was created in the 70's because of bigger HWs and it was decided that its unfair to ask a 176lb man to compete with a 230lb man.

If anything 105,108,112 should be 1 weight class.

I'd keep all the divisions as they are. Granted, cruiserweight is a weak division right now, but without it 185lbers would be forced to fight heavyweights who are 220+.

In the lighter divisions, 3lbs might not sound like much to you, but it is to these guys who only weigh about 112.

That's why there is a light heavyweight div.....the cruiser weight is for 200lb limit....im saying keep the light heavy for those 170+ but if you hit 190+ you belong in the HV Div.....

Then you get a situation like Wlad and Chambers.....I am a huge fan of Wlad but its not that good of a win for him in my view because Eddie really had no way to win and could only be successful and a world champion now at CW because he isn't cutting 40lbs to make 175.

What if he wises up and gets realistic but there was no 200lb weight class and he can't compete with skilled bigger fighters, like 40lbs bigger?
