In your opinion, what do you see as the bigger accomplishment between these two?

in your opinion what do you consider to be a better accomplishment for a fighter?

a guy who stays in one division, dominates it, and don't move up unless it's a good money offer, but goes back to the division he was originally at until he can't make the weight no more or wants better compo?

    or

someone who moves up in weight whenever good money in involve. and wins multiple belts by beating it's belt holders and, lets say 1 or 2 of the belt holders are worthy opponents/HOF/ATG?

Cleaning out a division is a lot harder than division hopping and fighting title holders. That's unless you're in a really weak division.

Staying in the division and cleaning it out is better than moving up and picking up belts from weak title holders.

it might be harder but like you said what if you're in a weak division? lets say im a fighter who dominates the division but it's vs not so stellar compo. but this other fighter is going up in weight and fighting worthy opponents? who would you give the nod to then?

              Dude Dude Dude

its obvious that what Pac has done will go down in the record books but come on now
you act like Floyd has been fighting bums

I would have more respect for pac and his accomplishments if he had chosen to fight JMM a third time and fought the better comp at the respective weight classes he fought at
why fight Clottey at 147 but not Cotto
Why fight the Diaz from Chicago and not the one from Texas?
Why Fight Clottey and not Berto or SSM or Collazo
those would all be the same if not bigger money fights for manny

all in all its a nice accomplishment for Manny
and the same can be said for Floyd but at least he comes out and says he is greedy and only fights for money instead of trying to mask it like manny

              both are legit

Well in that case it really comes down to the competition. If someone is dominating a weak division like say Wlad and Vitali and you compared them with guys like Pacquiao and Mayweather, I'd go with Pac and Mayweather.

In the OP you mentioned that the guy moving up beat 2 ATG while moving up in weight which gets my vote.

Though most of the time I would say cleaning out a division would be a harder task than moving up in weight and grabbing some titles.

Again it depends on the competition.

I don't think TS is comparing Pacquiao and Mayweather. They would both fall under the guy moving up in weight catagory.
