On what grounds at that point in time? Pacquiao was coming off beating Oscar without taking damage, and Hatton from Malignaggi.

People were saying Hatton would be too strong for Manny, so where does the su****ion at that point and time come into it, Ricky?

I mean Ricky says that he saw Manny being hurt by smaller guys, and that he himself was a 'powerhouse' so why would he have considered testing Manny back then? He's talking out of his ass in my opinion. Hindsight is great, but he should remember at that point and time he was supposed to be the bully of the fight.

I think Hatton's defense would have improved drastically had Manny not allegedly have been on steroids.

I'm not hating but if Pacquiao never does take the tests then there will forever be a doubt about his career and whether or not he earned his success by cheating. Floyd Mayweather Jr. isnt the only person who is suspiscious of him, His actions have made alot of people suspiscious.

Are we talking about the guy who repeatedly walked into Manny's fists?

            Oh dear Lord lol...

Why don't you have Lazcano tested too? He wobbled Ricky several times and he hadn't fought in close to 2 years.

It was clearly not all muscle... As Pac is not as cut for his fights now. Also, Pac has pretty much always rehydrated to ~145-150. Also, if you look at him even at lightweight at the weigh ins his cheeks are very sunk in like he is drained in the face.

Why on earth Pac would take 'steroids' to gain muscle is beyond me... that's not really conducive to boxing. He may well be on HGH for recovery and performance purposes, sure I admit that.

Knocked down by Marquez? Hatton, fuck off. Pacquiao hasn't suffered a legit KD since Yeshmagambetov.
