Isn't that some ****. Shouldn't the NSAC wanna clean up boxing? This is the perfect platform. Why does the NSAC exist if not for cleaning up boxing?

I thought the idea of OST is that everyone is a suspect, up to the day of the fight?
The bolded part is not a good argument for USADA on why they had a blackout period of 18 days. They need to come up with a better explanation than, "we have no reason to suspect..." (paraphrase).

They can't, just like they can't guarantee Pacquiao won't be tested the day of or day before the fight.

If Mayweather accepted the 3 blood tests, we may have been able to see if Pacquiao is really on EPO. Guess what Mayweather refused.

No it's obvious that I've had blood drawn before and I don't buy these BS excuses. We don't need a specialist to tell us how we feel when we have blood drawn this is all BULL**** and you know it. Some of the **** he is saying is aburd prime example is the issue of reused needles and nicking veins. They're speaking as though some back street doctor is taking blood samples.

Not to nitpick, but doctor's don't draw blood, medical technicians do.
Those guys didn't go to med school for 8yrs, and lets not pretend they have a surgeon's nerves.

My thing is why arent these guys on the same page when this is the biggest fight in boxing history? The common goal should be to make sure both fighters are clean in this fight. This is far too simple to drop the ball. Manny has tattoos all over which is a risky procedure but now all of this. This is BS because Manny should have been said let's do it. I blame all this on the only fighter in boxing unwilling to submit to random OST. I agree though, where are all the other states on this.

If it didnt cost the reported 20k a pop, NSAC wouldnt have much of a problem, but when you have USADA telling you to "look for new revenue sources" to support the testing, then you know they want money
