And I'm going to have to watch the fight again to find out about this chance Froch had to finish Kessler in the 5th round...was it when Kessler went off balance and fell over?

Yeah I think it was. Kessler was definetely hit hard in that round. I wouldn't say he was close to being KO'ed though.

Yeah I wouldn't think so either. Anyone can say they would have finished this guy or beat this guy if they had been at their physical peak. I didn't see any evidence of it. That's what Carl is clinging to now, this notion that he had Kessler beat in the 5th round, as if that means more than Kessler's victory. I guess that's the ego working and compensating, but he needs to focus on Abraham now.

froch is sounding like more and more of a ***** after every interview i have read. stop crying you clearly lost to kessler it was a good fight and not one sided but you lost get over it. froch knows abraham is a beast and doesnt want back to back losses so he is making excuses and trying to avoid the fight.

it seems to me that Froch lost more than a fight against Kessler....it seems like he lost that ****y swag....his confidence level is on trial right now!! ....to fight this fight in North America would be crazy and ******.....a neutral European venue would be a better choice IMO.....both fighters fight and live in Europe so it would be good business to do this in Europe.

First, I like the fight being in Canada, that is fair for both men, but really Carl, you are in absolutely no position to be dictating the terms of a fight with Abraham. Second, you didn't hurt Kessler, you barely landed a flesh punch in that sequence where you claim to hurt him. Personally, I though that fight ******, so many people though it was a war but the guys barely landed clean punches, I would much rather watch two lightweights go to war.

So what qualifies Froch to dictate terms in the tournament?

Froch actually moaned like hell before the fight, he wanted it put off until travel could be organised.

he did hurt him in the 4th or 5th round, I remember and I felt bad for kessler (fan of both fighters) because i felt Froch was gonna follow up and finish him off but it never came. Kessler clearly won imo, his work-rate was much better.
