Handspeed. Pavlik is very slow and Msoley is very fast. If someone as slow as Pavlik can catch Martinez, Mosley can double that. imo.

I think Mosley is still very skillful and in very good physical condition, but I think hes reached that point where hes scared to pull the trigger. Hes always been twitchy but he used to mix some punches in there too.
