He is a worthy opponent for Williams and Martinez. His main problem is that he isn't very famous in the US.

No he is an UNDER achevier who doesnt deserve credit because he doesnt seek it or do anything to warrent it. He is happy to live his life under the radar and not fight tough fights. So who cares about him.
