giovani "my trainer is javier capetillo" segura only throws wild punches and that plays perfectly into calderon hands. ask u this questions is he a better fighter than hugo cazares? is he a better puncher than cazares who come fight night weighing around 125-130? is he stronger than cazares (now a superflyweight 115 division)? i don't think so.

calderon is a pure boxer he's been fighting pressure fighters all his life he's one of the most well conditioning athletes in the world with great stamina and never gets tired. also can we say for sure that segura is a big puncher since all his fights had been in mexico with his infamous trainer javier capetillo?

What will knock me out cold is if he fights someone who's actually ranked next time. This is for a real World Championship-not just some worthless belt- and Calderon is going to lose the title to someone just by getting old before too much longer. I'd hate to see it go to a guy like Iribe who doesn't even deserve to fight him. If Calderon doesn't fight Segura, he might as well retire.

Im cool bro, Segura fought the way he fights every single fight, of course in the rematch he co9uld not do the same, otherwise he woulda lost again, so he changed game plans, I did see his last fight, and once again, back to swinging for the fences, nothing new. dont get me wrong, he is exciting to watch, but far from elite like to ko Calderon. How exactly does Calderon has a glass chin when Cazares caught him flush, hurt him, but calderon never went down? plus hes been caught a few times and has never been close to go down. BTW, Im not a Calderon fan, I'll watch Segura any day over Calderon, but to say that Segura will ko Calderon is pushing it a bit.

Calderon would need to land something very very percise and likely off of a counter. anything is possible.
