Baldomir actually has some pop in his punches....Zab took him for granted...and Kosta

Zab was actually very game with Cotto and Clottey....but they were just too good (Cotto) and too big (Clottey).

Pauli was always a contender and Cotto ***ed him over and he was never the same , Zab is not a lot better but he is better .

Zab, despite his lay off...Paulie doesn't have the power to hurt Zab and unless paulie gets mercante to allow him to hit low, Zab whoops his ass.

Two left hook bombs to the nuts didn't help either.

Zab wins a clear but seriously boring decision.

                  Zab wins.
Paulie has a chin and speed but before Zab's layoff he was the fastest WW and hits the hardest according to cotto( whose blocked many punches with his face from the best WW).

Paulie has always had a chin....

Against a "green" Cotto (I remember watching that fight)....Paulie was fighting with a broken something (jaw/cheekbone?) BUT was still able to land quite nicely on Cotto until the bell rang. Now that either says Paulie has brass marbles....or Cotto's power is underrated....and I honestly think its the previous.

Against Hatton....he took flush EVERYTHINGs from the Hitman....jabs, counters even the kitchen sink....yet was still able to defend himself...and was never visibly "hurt".....

                    Khan....he took a beating...and again...never really looked hurt...more so dis-couraged....

Regarding Cotto's comments.....Zab when he is focused....is one of the best I've seen ever....unfortunately....Zab staying focused in a fight has become less and less of an occurance. He has been given multiple chances on the big stage, only to fall short....but there is still a slight chance that he might return to the form we all know and appreciate him for....and that chance could come against Paulie.....

I would rather see Collazo fight Judah, that would be a good matchup. Malignaggi is a gatekeeper at best now.
