MEXICANS EMBRACE PACQUIAO

Internationally known promoter Fernando Beltran says the Mexicans have embraced pound-for-pound king and “Fighter of the Decade” Manny Pacquiao who together with his wife Jinkee and their kids are winding down a thoroughly enjoyable vacation in the beautiful state of Nayarit which is famous for its beaches.
Beltran who has played the role of host to Pacquiao told us “it’s been beautiful. It's an honor to have him here in Mexico. The people love him down here.”
Beltran said Pacquiao was honored by the governor of Nayarit, Ney González, in a ceremony Wednesday afternoon at which the Secretary of Tourism and even “everybody in the hotel were all happy to have him here.”
Pacquiao leaves Thursday night for the return flight to the Philippines via Los Angeles. It was reported that Pacquiao was very happy during his first visit to Mexico where he is an idol and where he and his family have been showered wwith hospitality.
