Brian Mitchell was another great fighter and in retrospect, it's shocking these two didn't throw down. Mitchell would've given him hell the way Fenech did but I think Azumah had too much talent, too much variety in his game and I would've expected him to tough out a close, hard-earned UD.

I always wondered why they never fought? I thought it would of been a no brainer at 130.

Nelson ****ed up Fenech off the ropes in the rematch.

He did. Damn I love Azumah. Could box, brawl, showboat, fight in so many different ways. Someone needs to bring back the crab defense .

I don't know to be honest. I doubt either one feared the other. Promotional issues? Network? No pressure? Beats me.
