Sure, Haye WEIGHS IN around 20lbs heavier at heavyweight, but he has NOT added 20lbs muscle.

Haye was a dehydrated Cruiser, and weighed in on average 200lbs in his career. At Heavy, he weighs in around 218lbs on average, most of which will be the fluids he used to lose at Cruiser. I reckon he's not actually gained that much muscle mass; and would not be surprised if his fight-night weights have changed that much.
