El Feroz--What's he up to?

I heard Fernando Vargas is on the comeback trail. Does anybody know if he's recovered from the back surgery well enough to compete? I saw a picture of him in KO and he cut off that little flip of hair he had at the front (which I thought was cute). I think that might have been a mistake. Kind of how Samson lost his strength when his hair was cut off. What do you guys think about El Feroz?

He beat Raymond Joval pretty easily didnt look that great but it was his first fight back. He is fighting Javier Castitlljo on August 20th for the WBC Light middleweight title. I expect Vargas to win but who knows what will end up happening.
