I dont know what world you live in.

Im gonna try to make this as simple as I possibly can.

A cutoff means I know i wont get tested for a certain period of time. That gives me the opportunity to cycle on and off PEDs if i want to.

Random means i never know when i will get tested. Since I dont know when im getting tested, i cant know when i should cycle on and off, so i better not try it. Thats the position Shane and Floyd were in.

Random testing is a better deterrent.

If you dont understand this then its because your english is lacking and you dont understand the meaning of the words i wrote.

ok i get u now, your just trolling for the sake of it, im bored, ill humour u.

lets say the fighters have 90 days from the fight is signed until fight night, experts have said that some substances can be out your system in a matter of hours, so in order to be completely100% positive neither of them are using, they would need to be tested approx every 2 hours, every day, for that 90 days?

I mean, if they did one at midday, then 14:00, then 20:00, u cant be sure that that 6 hours was drug free can u?

thats a 6 hour cut of - unacceptable!!

Your boyfriend Mickey Ward said he would take the tests,
        Unlike the coward Manny Pacquiao

the issue here is cut-off period of 14 days. PBF-Mosley was not an 18-day cut off. you know that. but USADA could've easily taken a blood sample from them anytime up until the the very last day of training, which is the very idea of ramdom test. But cut off is exactly that, a cut off from the test, a ****** idea that Pac wanted which defeats the whole purpose of the random test.

A ****** idea when embraced by many is still a ****** idea.

i guess we can call it random with an 18 day cut off........even 14 day window was good enough for floyd in january but not now.....why is that?.....hmmmn

nope random with 18 untested days during that period which the fighters didnt know was going to be test free as opposed to 14 days when both fighters know for 100% certainty there will be no test.

Very odd though floyds groupies are more concerned of a small 14 day window of no blood (usada themselves took more urine than blood), when PED use would be worthless....

but not concerned when steroid use could be most beneficial, which is the months leading up to before the fight. why is that.

Are you guys more concerned of cleaning up the sport? or just getting something that floyd wants and Manny doesnt?

No need to post in anger mate, everytime you post you sound sooo emotional over something that's beneficial to the sport, your main concern is floyd this or floyd that, am looking at the sport not one fighter.
