What happens to cotto if he loses again to margarito?

To me it would mean that Cotto's pride and macho style are not really good for him. I remember reading after the first fight how Cotto insisted he would never clinch etc. which is exactly what he needed to do. Had he acted even a little more like Mosley and kept Margarito from extending he probably would have won handily.

i dont think cotto would lose to margarito again. cotto was tattooing margarito more than mosley throughout their fight, if not more just as much, and yet cotto was receiving damage, where mosley wasn't, and mosley wasn't avoiding any more punches than cotto, maybe a little less, but his defense wasn't like sweet pea's or anything.

i honestly think margarito cheated vs cotto and would like to see a fair fight. i was at the fight, and at the time i was rooting for margarito, and i was happy as all hell he won, then after the whole hand wraps thing, that changed because it made sense why cotto was getting all ****ered up when he was landing more punches, while margarito took everything and wasn't discouraged at all, more than likely because he had his handwraps to fall back on, knowing all he had to do is keep it up and he could do some serious damage and probably stop cotto.



everyone has to remember, that mosley was supposed to get destroyed by margarito, but when marg didn't have his little safety net to fall back on, he was the one that got demolished because he knew his extra confidence wasn't wrapped around his hands no more.


so a second marg vs cotto fight would be good to see, and i'm willing to bet that the outcome would be completely different and in cotto's favor.......

i used to be a fan of margarito's, now, **** him. cheating is cheating but when you got bricks for handwraps, that is attempted homicide if you ask me..................
