I have to laugh at the snobs who put this fight down like it isnt as exciting as a mayweather fight. Like all sports there is different levels in boxing with different levels of talent but that doesnt mean this fight isnt going to be any good...
This is going to be a war with blood and guts and loads of heart, just what i want from a fight. **** the haters! im pretty sure they will be watching too on the 26th.....

im with you buddy! im chicano but i appreciate duddy & when those bag pipes start playing for his ring entrance peeps will know what is really on the line here for him, fighting for his country....then the mariachi will play for jr and the alamo dome will go crazy!! i cant wait. ideally i would like for this to be an awesome fight and lead to a rematch in new york for the wbc strap which by then might actually be vacated by Martinez

You can't be mad at this. This is actually a step up.

agreed and for a change for both guys both are fighting a relevant fight

think at it this way both guys were being talked about as possible opponents for big names for a long time. Guys like Pavlik and De La Hoya etc and we as fans laughed at it.

so now both guys considered to be hype jobs get a chance to prove who is the better of the two with the winner moving on to bigger better fights and the other, hopefully, fighting off our TV until they can prove theirselves all over again
