Wladimir vs Povetkin is gonna happen Sept 11 and this is going to be a great fight I am excited. Unfortunately, after Klitscko wins this one there is only one competitor remaining in the heavyweight division and that is david haye. So if he fights Vitali which is doubt this fall you can say the heavyweight division is pretty much over in 2010. No one please say Adamek who got punished by a 175 pound fighter in Dawson. The Klitscko brothers have pretty much wiped out this division besides Povetkin and Haye which I hope one pulls off an upset but I doubt it.

I don't like to make excuses for fighters but Adamek was massively weight drained for the Dawson fight, and hasn't looked remotely as bad since moving up. He's definitely worthy of a shot against a Klit (won't win of course, but who does?).

the only fight that matters in the heavyweight division (besides the haye fight)

is if the brothers fought each other....

See this is what is lowering the quality of boxing. There's no reason #1 vs. #2 shouldn't consistently be facing each other (unless they're family).

Haye should be fighting a Klitschko... Mayweather should be fighting Pacquiao... Cotto should be fighting Martinez (or an exception for Margarito)... And Bradley should be facing Alexander... Instead we get a whole bunch of stay busy fights.

Solis vs Adamek, Solis vs Povetkin, Adamek vs Povetkin, Chagaev vs Adamek, Chagaev vs Povetkin

Any combination of these four fighters (Solis, Adamek, Povetkin, Chagaev) fighters fighting it out regardless of their likely or previous losses to either Wlad or Vitali would still be interesting to me.
