How many PPV buys will Marquez/Diaz II generate?

Lately it seems HBO has been doing a pretty good job on deciding which fights are on PPV and which ones aren't, here is a perfect example of one that definitely should not be on PPV!

It's probably the best PPV card from top to bottom since Barrera vs Juarez 2, I'll buy it for the good under card. People are bitching about Marquez vs Diaz II but the first fight was excellent, I don't really get the hate.
