          This is what you said:

giving in to something not even required by nsac or the commission is wanting to make the fight happen.

With that in mind...Floyd accepted a $10m weight penalty fee which is not required by the NSAC. Manny didn't accept the OST which is not required. So according to YOUR words, only Floyd wanted the fight.

The truth is Manny Pacquiao will not prevent WADA/USADA and it's PED testing system from being administered the way it is designed to be administered. His popularity will not precede the World Anti Doping Code.

This is where you silly ***ers lose the plot , I dont care what Floyd says my beef with Manny is him offering bull**** changing excuses avoiding a simple test 1000s of athletes take , I would be ripping Floyd if Manny was asking him and he was saying no , Im not even looking at the names or the hype , all I see is one boxer asking another to undergo testing that will insure as close as possible a clean drug free fight , I see nothing wrong with it and think its warranted considering the magnitude of the event the purse they get and the fact thats its a fight where people hit each other , its not a running race ,,, Manny is in the wrong he has no right to deny his opponent this , I dont believe any fighter has the right to say no to advanced PEDS testing , one day it will be mandatory in big fights .

Eight tests out of 8,000 performed last year.

Stop trying to undermine Tygart's credibility. Pac fans love to adopt righteous indignation if anyone accuses Pac of anything. Yet, they don't mind accusing other accomplished professionals of dishonesty.

The thing is though, Mayweather's way was all about taking steps that would go further to ensure that both fighters are clean while Pacquiao's way was all about avoiding the steps(random blood testing) that would go further to ensure that both fighters were clean. You and the rest of the Pacquiao defenders and apologists have chosen to side with the guy who is trying to avoid stricter drug testing, and you can't hide from that. To me that's a telling fact.
