Only third world countries have it.....they have the technology. Doesn't work if your name is Boom Boom or Bobby tho.

What makes you think there aren't a lot more fighters who are on PEDs, but simply don't have the talent and skills to become a world champion?

Surely if it's that easy. A-side meth can't be that hard to find even Roger Mayweather has knowledge of this drug.
If drug tests were so weakening and permanently damages your physiology, then why have Olympic athletic performances continued to improve?

Why have Venus, Serena, Federer, Kobe, LeBron (Delonte West's stepson), Usain, and Phelps continued to perform at a high level when they were tested?

I mean, Vince Carter jumped over a giant and dunked. Was he weakened?

I think it's strange why there isn't more fighters that can move up in multiple weights and dominate. It's so easy to use PEDs and get away with it.

It's only strange if you overestimate the value and power of PEDs. They are "performance enhancers", not "miracle drugs that turn an average athlete into the best in the world".

And if they were THAT powerful, it would get more or less cancelled out by the others using them too.

There are a lot of boxers that use PEDs. How many? It's hard to tell since the PED users are trying to avoid being caught, but I wouldn't be surprised if half of all top-level boxers have used PEDs. However, regardless of what drugs you take you won't be able to win if you don't have talent.
