          are you taking the piss? u have obviouly never stepped in a ring or had to make weight?? do u know it weakens you? do you know the strain it causes on ur body?
          my god its like to speaking to a child... answer yes or no have u ever had to make weight? that is all i ask you

                Rehydrating is one thing. Gaining that same amount in lean muscle in a matter of months is another. Especially when you are able to maintain the same attributes.

                      i would argue he improved in some attributes.....130 to 147 in less than 2 yrs, with only one fight at 35.............
