you're not getting it. if the commission rules it, pac will abide, and they required an extra test because they lost the results. it wasn't a matter of negotiations, it was a requirement by the governing commission, or the fight might not have taken place. whether it affected pac or not, he's the only one who knows but that's what happened.

He wont abide, he wont fight. No reason to think he will ever agree to no cutoff if he turned down 30+ million the first time.

Manny and duck don't go together actually. He's been known to up the ante everytime he fights.....that's the reason why he is being accused of steroids.
