Why i believe Pac is on PED's.

Would it be truly leveled if the blood testing had pac going LESS than 100%? I know Floyd is taking the same tests, but people react differently. Classless individuals, ex-cons, crack users.. May sr. was the one who started all this BS.. He has a history... Not only that, but hes spewing RUMORS. So yes, there is a big difference. Everything about the guy is questionable and theres videos to prove it man. But, as I said before, Test/No Test.. I just want to see the fight..

Pac may feel less than 100% but every credible independent study shows no link between blood testing and reduced performance. And it must be pointed out, BOTH PAC AND MORALES TOOK TESTS SO BOTH WERE THEORETICALLY LESS THAN 100%.
