Do you think Mayweather will really take 1-2 years off?

    Doyou?

If he does, this will be 10000% b1tching out of fighting pac.

Im a Floyd fan. but taking a year or two off now, when pac has agreed to his terms, and is only gonna fight 1-2 more times. this will obviosuly be a b1tch move.

I personally think Floyd will UD Pac , but if this gap break is true, whyyy?

If hes got the balls to fight ko king mosley, why not manny?

In that charity interview he said he was taking 1-2 years out of boxing, but then his uncle Roger said he wont take a break?

I think Manny will retire on November 13th after beating Margarito/Cotto/someone els and then Floyd will fight again early in 2011.

If he did retire now and didn't fight pac then his legacy would be screwed. However, i don't think he'll retire now.

I hope not, but if his heart isn't in it and he doesn't have that desire then whatever ill kinda understand, despite being really, really dissapointed. That isn't me saying if he retires its definitley because of that, cause it could be about anything... but if thats the reason then I wont overly complain cause we've seen too many fighters take way too many fights when they don't want too, and it can end badly that way, for example Tyson.

Lets just wait and see anyway, for all we know he could of said it just to get people off of his back for a bit and stop them asking about Manny, who knows... time will soon tell.
