The issue isn't hard or not hard complying to Floyd's demand but no, Pac should not cave-in to Floyd's demand. If Floyd needs to fight Pac he should fight Pac without his personal preconditions except for of course additional conditions added in violation to certain rules of NSAC, for instance a $5 Million additional penalty in excess of the agreed weight they would be fighting! If Floyd have problem of this, he should retire again as ducker, and his retirement should be forever!
