Cotto isn't "pushing" hard against a rematch, Margarito doesn't even have a license to fight in the States...nothing else to dispute.

This is why:California's Deputy Attorney General Karen Chappelle attempted to claim that Margarito had similarly loaded gloves that went undetected last year when Margarito knocked out the seemingly indestructible Cotto in Las Vegas.

What is he afraid of? He believes Margarito beat him because of illegal wraps. So there is no reason why he cant beat him now, right?

It may be because he and I and a lot of other people agree that Margarito should never be allowed to box again because of what he did. It doesn't matter if he cheated against Cotto. He was going to cheat against Mosley if he hadn't been caught and, that in itself, should be enough to ban him from boxing for life.
