I think the only thing Floyd disagreed with beside Manny's cutoff dates was for the fight to took place in Dallas, but beside that he didn't complained about any of their demands. Manny and his camp understand how the test is supposed to be done, but they should just let the testers do their job if they agreed to the test. You can say the USADA is not part of the Nevada's commission, but the fact is they agreed to it, but only to change how it supposed to be done.
