floyd can do whatever the f he wants, he says he doesnt care about legacy and is in it for the money, its not your job to decide when he should fight. If pacquiao agrees to everything floyd wants, I guarantee there will be a fight this year. Just to be clear what he wanted last time is not what he wants now. Now he wants fully random testing and a bigger share ( dont know how much bigger)
