    1. he never fought floyd. (known to be #1 WW) 2. if he takes the test an smashed Floyd there is no question he will go down as an ATG. So that seems like a win win situation no matter who broght up OSTs. so now what's the hold up???

I believe Pac wants the fight. However, he still wants it on his terms. His terms used to be 50-50 with drug testing cutoff at 24 days. Now his terms are a 50-50 split with a 14-day cutoff for testing, which is what Mayweather proposed initially. Unfortunately for Pac, those are no longer Mayweather's terms. He should have taken the deal when he had the chance in March. Now, if he wants the fight, Pac will have to give up a lot more money and agree to take tests up to the day of the fight because of Pac's own ******ity!

didn't see an official press confrence... I wonder if pac will all of a sudden agree to OSTs now since he may believe it's after the fact, like the 14 day cut off and 50/50 is...

Seemed to many that he was in a decline? Please explain...
O.K. - so if you take away his "latest string of victories" (I'm assuming you mean starting at ODLH) and go back to say, his loss to Morales... he fought 8 fights, winning 5 of those 8 by TKO or KO and was fighting about every 4-5 months. How is that considered to be "in decline"? Not to mention, his last loss was over 5 years ago, which he came back and avenged twice by stoppage - both within a little over a year and a half after the loss.
