      Because Floyd offered Manny 14 days in Feb, its now June. Since then Floyd has fought Shane and doubled Pacs PPVs with Clottey and outsold Pac/Cotto.
      Not to mention he said "if my numbers are better, the offer is off the table" in like April.
      So what was ur question again?
