In reality, theres no better fighter than Cotto at 154

yep, hes better than martinez and way better than paul williams. people may argue that martinez is the more skilled fighter, granting but not accepting, cotto is still better overall and cotto's resume ****s on martinez

with that said, i dont think miguel should continue his campaign at 154. he may lose his fights in that division only because of the size advantage his opponents will have over him

    Congratulations Miguel!

Sergio Martinez, Paul Williams and Sergiy Dzinziruk.

All better fighters in my opinion. And I like Cotto, I really do...

cotto looked strong and solid at 154 but i cant help but notice how his speed has declined. id like to see him go back to 147 and take berto's belt or maybe give him 1 more fight at 154 to whoop the living hell out of chavez jr

I think sergio can beat him...Sergio's defense is better, and more skilled.

like i said, people may argue that martinez is a more skilled fighter than cotto but still, cotto is a more well rounded fighter. cotto can box, brawl and counter. not to mention that cotto has a better resume than the 3 names you mentioned

Cotto is still a top fighter but I don't think he is the best at 154

I think hes a better boxer than them. Cotto is an underrated boxer. But them dudes at 154 are much bigger, tougher chins, and hit harder. Paul Williams is similar to Marg, except he throws more and faster.. Pressure fighters are Cottos kryptonite.
