          I hope one day people stop acting as if these meaningless titles are worth something until they start acting like a championship organization.

          After beating Cotto, Pacquiao should move up and fight Sebastian Sylvester at 160. And this goes for everyone and all fighters, this isn't just because it is Pacquiao.

          I consider Pacquiao the true champion at 112, 126, 130, and 140. The lineal and Ring title is the real champion until you get it from beating one or creating a lineage by the 1 vs. 2 going at it, you're not the true champion. Mayweather has been the true champion at 130, 135, and 147.

          The BWAA or a smaller organization of knowledgeable members need to get together to create a title with thorough rankings, so they can strip those that don't defend there title unlike The Ring.
